Ingredients
- Vamu leaves
- Besan - 250 grms
- Rice flour- 50 grms
- Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
- Vamu powder - 1 tsp
- Salt- according to taste
- Red chilli powder-according to taste
- Oil- for frying
- Cut vamu leaves and clean them througly.
- Take besan,rice flour in a bowl and mix salt,baking soda,vamu powder,chilli powder and mix well with water so that no lumps can be found.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Take a leaf and dip in the flour and heat in oil till it turns light brown .
- Take it with any chutney.
- It will be very tasty and also medicated,good for health with a nice flavour
