Badam Milk

Badam Milk
 
Ingredients
  • Badam- 200gms
  • Fresh Milk- 2 cups
  • sugar-4 table spoons
Procedure
  1. Soak Badam over night in water.
  2. Peal the skin off and grind them into fine paste.
  3. Add the badam paste to the boiling milk.
  4. Add sugar. Stir it well. Remove from the flame. Let it cool. (Can add badam essence.)
  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. And serve cold.
