Chocolate Chip Icecream
Ingredients
- Milk 1 ½ lts
- Cocoa powder 3tsp
- Drinking chocolate 3tsp
- Custard powder 3tsp
- Sugar 1 ¼ cup
- Cream 200gms
- Gelatine 1tsp
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Milk chocolate ½ cup
- Boil milk for 20mts and dissolve cocoa powder , drinking chocolate and custard powder in little cold milk.
- Add to the boiling milk and stir for 5 mts then add sugar and boil for sometime.
- Remove from the fire and cool , now mix the gelatine in little water and add it to the milk, then add fresh cream , chocolate pieces and vanilla essence.
- Keep it in the refrigerator.
- Geletine is a powder which makes the ice cream softer and smoothier It should be dissolved only before mixing in the milk.
