Chocolate Chip Icecream

Chocolate Chip Icecream
Ingredients
  • Milk 1 ½ lts
  • Cocoa powder 3tsp
  • Drinking chocolate 3tsp
  • Custard powder 3tsp
  • Sugar 1 ¼ cup
  • Cream 200gms
  • Gelatine 1tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Milk chocolate ½ cup
Procedure
  1. Boil milk for 20mts and dissolve cocoa powder , drinking chocolate and custard powder in little cold milk.
  2. Add to the boiling milk and stir for 5 mts then add sugar and boil for sometime.
  3. Remove from the fire and cool , now mix the gelatine in little water and add it to the milk, then add fresh cream , chocolate pieces and vanilla essence.
  4. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  5. Geletine is a powder which makes the ice cream softer and smoothier It should be dissolved only before mixing in the milk.
  6. It is available any super markets.
