Butter scotch Ice-cream
- Milk - 1litre
- Fresh cream - 3tablespoons
- Milk maid - 3table spoons
- Butter scotch ice cream powder - 3 tablespoons
- sugar - 1cup
- Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar - 2 spoons
- Take one litre of milk and boil till it reduces to half its quantity.
- Now add sugar and ice cream powder mixed with little milk and pour it in the boiling milk.
- Stir for 5 more minutes and add milkmaid to it.
- Let it cool and add fresh cream and dry fruits.
- Before putting it in the freezer sprinkle brown sugar and pour in a airtight bowl so that it sets properly.
- Tupper ware bowl is ideal for icecreams.
- After freezing for about 2-3 hours take it and serve it.
