Dosakai Poppu

Dosakai Poppu 
Ingredients
  • TOOR DAL -- 2 CUPS
  • DOSAKAI -- MEDIUM SIZE 2
  • FOR POPU
  • URAD DAL - 1/2 SPOON
  • MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/2 SPOON
  • JEERA - 1/2 SPOON
  • HING, 2 0R 3 RED CHILLIES,
  • RED CHILLIES - 2 0R 3
Procedure
  1. PEEL DOSAKAI, MAKE INTO PIECES.
  2. PUT PIECES OF DOSAKAI, TOOR DAL IN COOKER BOIL IT FOR 3 OR 4 WHISTLES.
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLIES, SALT AND ADD POPU.
  4. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORAINDER LEAVES ON TOP WHEN DONE.
  5. SERVE HOT WITH RICE.
