Dosakai Poppu
Ingredients
- TOOR DAL -- 2 CUPS
- DOSAKAI -- MEDIUM SIZE 2
- FOR POPU
- URAD DAL - 1/2 SPOON
- MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/2 SPOON
- JEERA - 1/2 SPOON
- HING, 2 0R 3 RED CHILLIES,
- RED CHILLIES - 2 0R 3
Procedure
- PEEL DOSAKAI, MAKE INTO PIECES.
- PUT PIECES OF DOSAKAI, TOOR DAL IN COOKER BOIL IT FOR 3 OR 4 WHISTLES.
- ADD GREEN CHILLIES, SALT AND ADD POPU.
- ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORAINDER LEAVES ON TOP WHEN DONE.
- SERVE HOT WITH RICE.
