Special Non-veg Meals
A special Andhra Non-vegetarian meal generally consists of, Annamu (cooked Rice) together with on of the following non-veg dish which makes it a great Full Non-Veg Meal.- Kodi Koora (Chicken Fry/Curry)
- Pottelu Mamsam (Mutton Fry/Curry)
- Chepala Pulusu (Fish Soup) or Chepala Vepudu (Fish Roast)
Along with the same vegetarian menu - Annamu (Rice)
- Pappu (Dal) with Ghee (if nonveg item is Fry or Roast)
- Sambaaru/Sambhar
- Rasamu/Rasam
- Perugu (Curd)
- Arati Pandu (Banana)
- Beeda (Sweet Pan)
Now, morethan that, its the order in which, you have them - that is important.
- Rice with Dal, Ghee and Dry Non-veg Item
- Rice with Pulusu/Koora (Non-veg curry)
- Rice with Rasam (in middle have Non-veg pieces)
- Rice with Curd
- Banana
- Sweet paan
It's not just about the taste, the rasam and curd at the end are great digestives and the paan works as your mouth freshener.
