Mushroom And Capsicum Curry
Ingredients
- 2 medium size capsicum,
- 100gm mushroom,
- 3 medium size tomotoes,
- 1 tsp redchillipowder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1tsp coriander powder,
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
- 1 tsp gingergarlic paste,
- 1 big onion,2 tsp oil.
Procedure
- First chop onions, tomatoes, capsicum .cut mushroomsin to medium size pieces(not too small).
- heat oil in a pan, add onions to it.fry the onions till they are golden brown.
- to this add gingergarlic paste and tormeric powder.
- fry it for a minute and add redchilli powder.
- fry it for a minute(take care that redchilli powder do not burn).
- now add capsicum and allow it to fry for 3 mins and add tomatoes.
- allow them to cook gor 5 min.now add a little water if required and add salt,corriander powder and garam masala powder.
- mix ii and add mushrooms to it.
- cook it till capsicum and mushrooms become soft and tender.
- finally decorate it with corriander leaves.
- it will be great if you serve it with rice.
